Lymphatic Masage

Lymphatic massage or Lymph Drainage Massage is a special massage technique designed to increase lymphatic system circulation which applies a very light pressure focused on TRIANGULAR AREA above clavicle ( lymphatic vessels, lymph nodes of the neck and head), CENTRIFUGALLY THE AXILLA (arm, elbow, forearm, wrist, hands and fingers), CENTRIPETAL DIRECTION on lymph nodes of ( wrist, elbow, axilla and neck where the lymph returns to the circulation via the veins and these techniques will create a pumping effect, elicit the flow of the lymph and drain the excess of fluid from the tissues.

LYMPHATIC SYSTEM
is an important part of the immune system that contains organs (tonsils, spleen, lymph nodes, ducts, vessels, chyle) to produce and deliver lymph from body tissue into the blood stream. Lymphatic system carries lymph/watery/colorless fluid and white blood cells throughout body trough a system of vessels.

LYMPH is clear fluid that moves through the arteries, made up of white blood cells which target bacteria and chyle.

CHYLE is a fluid containing fats and proteins and it is found in the intestines.

LYMPH NODES are small organs shaped like beans, located in the center of chest, abdomen armpit, neck and groin. These nodes are filters which trap and remove toxins including bacteria, viruses and harmful cells. lymph nodes will swell if they produce more white blood cells to remove toxins, called blockage lymph nodes. If there are found harmful cells in the lymph nodes and spread fast, it is called lymph node involvement. The spread of the harmful cells to organs is called metastasis. Lymphoma is a condition when normal white blood cells become abnormal or super-sized cells because of a group of blood harmful cells in the lymphatic system. Lymphoedema is the swelling tissue caused of the accumulation of lymph fluid. Elephantiasis is an infection of lymphatic vessels that cause a thickening of the skin and enlargement of the underlying tissues.

So, Lymphatic Massage or Lymph drain Massage is possible way to inhibit the flows of the cells and fluid out of the tissues into lymphatic vessels that is hoped to facilitate the prevention of the spread of harmful cells and to remove toxins. this massage also beneficial for detox.
